The nearly 9-acre property is located in the unincorporated community of Onemo in Mathews County, VA. Just across the street(Route 609) from Winter Harbor North are a series of narrow tributaries that lead to Winter Harbor and eventually the Chesapeake Bay. Water access is gained by crossing the VDOT road and launching into a small narrow channel and paddling to Winter Harbor

In 2 miles turn left onto VA-14 E
In 6.7 miles turn right onto State Rte 611
In 2.4 miles turn right onto VA-14 E
In 0.4 miles turn left onto State Rte 611
In 4 miles turn left onto State Rte 677
In 0.7 miles turn left onto state Rte 609
In 0.5 miles the destination will be on the left
