Welcome to the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority (MP-PAA) public water access and recreational land reservation system.   This site is intended to provide a new, innovative, mobile-friendly online reservation and payment service for reserving hunting tracts, boat slips, land, and car-top boat launching and parking.  While this site is used to make reservations for some recreational opportunities on MP PAA lands, this site also lists all tracts available to the public to visit without reservation. Please read each property description carefully to determine when a reservation is needed.

Here’s more important information to review before heading out to MP-PAA properties:

• MP-PAA properties are waterfront.  For access to current Virginia tide information, visit USGS https://waterdata.usgs.gov/va/nwis/current/?type=tide&group_key=basin_cd
• *Visitors to Captain Sinclairs, tides over 3.2ft may make the VDOT road impassable*
• Sunday hunting is allowed on PAA lands as approved by the General Assembly in accordance with state law.  Sunday hunting will be allowed starting July 1, 2022.
